Ingredients

  • 400g puff pastry
  • 250g fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 150g powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 20ml milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares, about 10x10 cm each.
