Ingredients

  • 1 package pie crust (450g)
  • 2 cups cherries, pitted (250g)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (100g)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (20g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
