  • 100 grams shredded cheese (e.g., Parmesan, Gruyère)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
