  • 280g puff pastry
  • 100g almond flour
  • 80g sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 fève (figurine)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a circle.
  3. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
