Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g passion fruit pulp
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 150 g white chocolate (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and a pinch of salt; bring to a boil.
  3. Add the flour all at once, stirring vigorously until it forms a ball and pulls away from the sides.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until a smooth dough forms.
  6. Pipe or spoon small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
