  • 350 grams all-purpose flour
  • 200 milliliters warm water
  • 1 packet (7g) active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 milliliters olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
