  • 500g mascarpone cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 300g ladyfingers
  • 250ml brewed espresso
  • 100g sugar
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee by brewing espresso and letting it cool down.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese with whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
