Ingredients

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 75 g granulated sugar
  • 7 g active dry yeast
  • 10 g salt
  • 240 ml warm milk
  • 100 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 75 g additional sugar (for filling)
  • 100 g chocolate (for sauce)
  • 100 ml heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt, mixing well.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs, then mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
