  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease your madeleine mold with butter.
