Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g unsalted butter, softened
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500g ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 200g passion fruit pulp
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g cornstarch
  • 50g granulated sugar (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the pastry crust by mixing flour, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt until combined, then press into a tart pan.
