  • 25 grams sugar
  • 10 grams salt
  • 12 grams yeast
  • 300 milliliters water
  • 250 grams unsalted butter
  • 200 grams custard filling
  • 100 grams crushed pistachios
  • 50 milliliters honey
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the croissant dough by mixing flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Slowly add water and knead until smooth.
