Ingredients

  • 200g graham crackers
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 50g sugar
  • 150g sugar (for caramel)
  • 120ml cream
  • 100g roasted cashews
  • 100g chocolate (for drizzle)

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar.
