Ingredients

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 120g peanut butter
  • 100g chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix 250g of all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 150g of unsalted butter until crumbly.
  3. Add 200g of cream cheese and mix until the dough forms.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin rectangle.
  6. Spread 120g of peanut butter evenly over the dough.
  7. Sprinkle 100g of chocolate chips across the peanut butter layer.
