  • Puff pastry sheets (200g)
  • Dark chocolate (150g)
  • Heavy cream (100ml)
  • Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Sea salt (to taste)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
