Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped apples
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking tray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, warm 1 cup of milk until it’s lukewarm.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of active dry yeast and 3 tablespoons of sugar to the milk, stirring until dissolved. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
