Ingredients

  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100ml milk
  • 150g diced fresh peaches
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a round cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together 100g of unsalted butter and 150g of sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add 2 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
