  • 500g mascarpone cheese
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 50ml brewed coffee
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Fresh berries for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crepe batter by mixing flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
