Ingredients

  • 200g crushed graham crackers
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 200g white chocolate, chopped
  • 400g cream cheese, softened
  • 100g granulated sugar (for the filling)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar to form the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, melt white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
