  • 500g puff pastry
  • 250g brie cheese
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 50g brown sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • White chocolate shavings for garnish

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
