Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 50g cacao nibs
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 150ml heavy cream
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped

  1. Preheat your oven to 100°C (210°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
