Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 50g sugar
  • 200ml cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, melt 200g dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth.
  2. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly, then whisk in 100ml of high-quality olive oil.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip 3 egg whites until soft peaks form.
  4. Gradually add 50g of sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture in three additions.
  6. In another bowl, whip 200ml of cream until soft peaks form.
