Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 150g dark chocolate (for ganache)
  • 20g coconut ash

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 200g of dark chocolate and 100g of butter, melting them together over a double boiler.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 150g of sugar and 2 eggs until combined.
  4. Incorporate the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  5. Fold in 120g of all-purpose flour and add a pinch of salt. Stir until just combined.
  6. In a small saucepan, prepare the ganache: Heat 100ml of heavy cream and pour it over 150g of dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
