  • 113g unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150g granulated sugar
  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100g apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a madeleine pan by greasing it with butter.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
