Ingredients

  • 500g puff pastry
  • 250g halva
  • 60ml rosewater
  • 100g crushed pistachios
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
