Ingredients

  • 200g sweet corn (fresh or canned)
  • 50g fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 150ml heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Pastry dough for tart shells (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare tart shells by pressing pastry dough into mini tart pans and pricking the bottoms with a fork.
