Ingredients

  • 500 grams Danish dough
  • 300 grams fresh spinach, chopped
  • 200 grams marinated artichokes, chopped
  • 200 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the Danish dough on a floured surface until it's approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into rectangles (approximately 4x6 inches).
  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, marinated artichokes, and cheese until well combined.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling at the center of each rectangle.
  6. Cut slits along the sides of the rectangle, about 1 inch apart.
