Ingredients

  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 150 ml strong espresso
  • 80 ml vodka
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs and sugar, whisking until pale and fluffy.
