Ingredients

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 300 g grated carrots
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 5 g turmeric
  • 5 g ground cardamom
  • 2 g salt
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 5 g ground cardamom (for frosting)
  • Candied carrot curls (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
