  • 100g almond flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 30ml melted coconut oil
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 45g cocoa powder (for filling)
  • 60ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Sliced avocado (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until it forms a dough.
