Ingredients

  • 500 grams all-purpose flour
  • 60 grams granulated sugar
  • 7 grams instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 milliliters warm milk
  • 50 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 200 grams fresh strawberries
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 30 grams granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  3. Add warm milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
