Ingredients

  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 100ml water
  • 80g unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 150ml heavy cream
  • 100g salted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil.
  3. Add flour all at once, stir vigorously until the dough pulls away from the sides.
  4. Remove from heat, let cool for a few minutes, then add eggs one at a time until the dough is smooth.
  5. Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe 4-inch lines onto the prepared baking sheet.
