Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 300ml milk
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50g sugar (for custard)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100ml rum
  • 100g raisins
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter to form the tart shell mixture.
  3. Press the mixture into tart shell molds and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, heat milk and cream until just boiling.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
