  • 200g ground almonds
  • 80ml coconut oil
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 60ml maple syrup (for filling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
