Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 100ml coconut oil (melted)
  • 150ml plant-based milk
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
  • 250g vegan cream cheese
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with vegan paper cups.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
