Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100ml milk
  • 75g granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and butter until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into tartlet molds to form the crusts.
  4. Bake the crusts for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan, heat cream and milk until just simmering.
  6. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla bean seeds.
  7. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
