Ingredients

  • 125ml water
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 75g all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 100g white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and add flour. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth.
  5. Pipe or spoon the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small mounds.
