  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter, softened

  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 150g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
