  • 1-2 tbsp cold water
  • 100g unsalted butter, softened
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, for egg wash
  • Sugar, for sprinkling
  • Sliced almonds, for garnish
