Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g blackberry puree
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • Fresh blackberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a saucepan, combine 250 ml of water, 100 g of butter, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 150 g of all-purpose flour. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Let the dough cool for a few minutes, then add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pipe the dough into boat shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
