Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 300g fresh blackberries
  • 100g sugar (for filling)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the tartlet shells by combining flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly, then add an egg yolk and knead until smooth.
