  • 200g unsalted butter
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice blend
  • 250g all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together 200g of unsalted butter and 100g of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
