Ingredients

  • 250ml Water
  • 125g All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 100g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 500ml Milk
  • 150g Sugar
  • 30g Cornstarch
  • 50g Cocoa Powder
  • 100g Cream
  • 50g Chocolate (for topping)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, prepare the pastry dough using water, flour, salt, and butter.
