Ingredients

  • 100g finely crushed hazelnuts
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 50g melted coconut oil
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 80ml maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whole hazelnuts for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine finely crushed hazelnuts, oats, and melted coconut oil to prepare the tart shell mixture.
  3. Press the mixture into a tartlet mold evenly and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
