Ingredients

  • 500g puff pastry
  • 500ml milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50g flour
  • 30g cornstarch
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Icing fondant for topping
  • Chocolate for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
