  • 250g puff pastry
  • 100g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 50g tamarind purée
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
