Ingredients

  • 200g almond flour
  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 75g coconut oil, melted
  • 80g sweetener (honey or maple syrup)
  • 400g fresh mango puree
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 6g agar-agar powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, shredded coconut, and a sweetener of your choice.
  3. Add melted coconut oil and combine thoroughly until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Press the almond mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
