Ingredients

  • 200ml water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 250g protein or mixed vegetables
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
