  • 500 grams all-purpose flour
  • 75 grams granulated sugar
  • 7 grams instant yeast
  • 8 grams salt
  • 200 milliliters milk, warm
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 200 grams dark chocolate, chopped
  • 20 grams cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add milk, eggs, and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
