Ingredients

  • 170g dark chocolate
  • 115g unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 50g sugar
  • 50g all-purpose flour
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease four ramekins with butter.
  2. In a saucepan, melt 170g of dark chocolate and 115g of unsalted butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk 2 large eggs and 2 large egg yolks with 50g of sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Sift in 50g of all-purpose flour and mix until just blended.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins and place them on a baking tray.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute before inverting each ramekin onto a serving plate.
  9. Serve immediately topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh raspberries.
