Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (for ganache)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Extra crushed Oreos (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup butter and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add 4 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
